trying to fill out ny probate forms; p-4 "Waiver of Process: Consent to Probate"?
everything goes to dad. does this form state the four kids give permission to consent to waive the whole process and just probate will? boy that sure would be great and hopefully speed up the process. btw. how long is the process to probate a simple will like this? and are there different forms to fill out in stead of this massive amount of paperwork i am plowing through? thanks!

I have ownership to a insurance policy my Mom left my Dad wants me to sign it over to him do I have ro?
My Mom passed away a few months ago and my father already remarried. I recieved a letter from my dad asking me to sign ownership of a life insurance policy my Mom had to him. If I don’t he said he will probate the will. My dad has given his new wife all of my Moms’ jewlry and my siblings and I nothing. Now he comes up with this. Do I have to sign? If he probates it will he win? I have never even seen my Moms will – should I ask for a copy? The woman he married is wanting him to now leave her everything when he dies. My Mom wanted everything split equally between the kids before she died and I am sure she never thought my dad would remarry 4 months after her death and after 49 years of marriage. My Dad is also very ill. Does anyone have any answers or advise? I could really use some feed back.

Can a beneficary of a will force the executor to probate a will when she refuses to do so?
My aunt is the executor of a will left by my grandmother. She refuses to probate the will that entitles property in Arkansas to be divided between my aunt, my father and my uncle. The will was drawn up in Arkansas decades ago. My grandmother died about 20 years ago and was a resident of California when she died. My aunt, father and uncle all live in California. My dad does not have the original will but he does have a copy. He would like to have his share of the property now so that he can give it to his younger children, but my aunt refuses to probate the will. Can he bring this to the California courts or must he go through Arkansas. The attorney is also deceased. Thank you.
