Can my Last Will and Testament be notarized instead of being signed by multiple witnesses?

This is a pretty simple will, no children or trusts involved. I just don’t feel like gathering up witnesses if I can just go to a notary. f/u question, if a notary can sign the will, is this then a self proving will?

TN Last Will or Living Will Law questions?
In Tennessee can those free Written/ Sample Wills [Living or Last Will] found on the internet enforcable if we get 2 witness and signed by a Notary? Can we change the sample will ‘here’ and ‘there’ in the wills then?… that is before it is being notarized.

Would this be a legal way to write a living will?
Me and my husband want to write out a living will, we’re set to inherit his grandparents house and we have two children that we want raised by my brother and sister in law if something were to happen to us. I want to get a lawyer to write it for us but my husband is very cheap. He wants to just type it on the computer then have us both sign it in front of a notary. Would this be legal enough that my in-laws could not contest it?
