he is 34 and into metallica, testament, ozzy, annihilator and a lot of other eighties stuff and has a big customised drum kit.
he practises as much as possible but needs others to jam, practice and hopefully start a band with or to join an already established band.

DIY will & testament? (Scotland) How many forms do you need to fill in?
I am helping my gran write her own will & testament with a kit that she purchased to do it at home.
She wants to keep it fairly simple leaving her house etc to my mum, aunts & uncle leaving them to sort out their own kids.
I have had a look through the forms, and my understanding is that she should leave everything to my papa first, and then to her kids in the event that he might die first.
There are 3 main forms in the kit – one to leave everything to an adult/adults; one to leave it to a child; and another to leave it to someone else in the event that adult no 1 is not here.
Does she need to fill out all of the forms, or just the 3rd one that I mentioned above?
My aunts/uncles are all grown up, so it does not need to consider custody of the children or anything.

With the use of this kit, decisions can be made NOW regarding your medical and financial situation should you becomes incapacitated LATER. This kit includes Living Will forms and Durable Power of Attorney forms for both health care and financial care, along with complete instructions for their use.
What is a Living Will and Durable Power of attorney?
A living will is a legal document which is prepared when a person is mentally competent which will dictate a person’s wish not to be kept alive on life support machines after they may become brain dead in a serious accident or from an illness.
A durable power of attorney is a legal document which authorizes one person to act on behalf of the individual granting the durable power of attorney to make financial and/or medical decisions on the individual’s behalf should the individual become incapacitated. “Durable” means the power of attorney survives if the individual preparing it becomes incapacitated. If no durable power of attorney is prepared and the individual becomes incapacitated, the court will appoint a guardian or conservator to make the decisions. Don’t let anyone decide when life ends for you!
